User Agreement

1.1. The Service provides Users with access to temporary virtual phone numbers for receiving one-time SMS codes from third-party online platforms, services, and applications.

1.2. The Service is not a mobile network operator, does not provide telecommunication services, and does not issue SIM cards. The Service only rents virtual numbers from partners and provides the technical capability to receive SMS messages temporarily.

1.3. The Service is not a participant in the interaction between the User and third-party platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, etc.) and is not responsible for the activities, policies, restrictions, or blocks imposed by such platforms.

1.4. This Agreement is a legally binding document regulating the use of the Service, including matters of payment, responsibility, restrictions, and data processing.

Service — the SMS-Rooms online platform available at https://www.sms-rooms.com.

User — any legally capable individual or legal entity registered on the Service.

Personal Account — the User's dashboard on the Service.

Virtual Number — a temporary phone number provided for receiving SMS.

Activation — a single use of a virtual number to receive an SMS from a specific platform.

Balance — funds deposited by the User to their Personal Account for use within the Service.

3.1. To use the Service, the User must complete registration by providing a valid email address.

3.2. The Service may require email verification. Accounts without verification may be restricted.

3.3. The User must keep their login credentials secure. All actions performed in the Personal Account are considered performed by the User.

3.4. If unauthorized access is suspected, the User must immediately notify the Administration.

4.1. The User agrees to:

• use the Service strictly in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation;
• not use virtual numbers for unlawful, fraudulent, spam-related, or otherwise prohibited activities;
• comply with the payment rules and balance usage;
• communicate respectfully with technical support;
• not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the operation of the Service.

4.2. The User has the right to:

• purchase the Service's features according to current pricing;
• contact technical support for consultations;
• discontinue using the Service at any time.

4.3. The User assumes full responsibility for all actions performed using the provided virtual numbers.

5.1. The Service shall:

• provide access to virtual numbers within technical capability;
• ensure secure storage of the minimal User data required for operation.

5.2. The Service has the right to:

• temporarily restrict access for maintenance;
• block the User for violating this Agreement;
• revoke access to numbers if illegal activity is suspected;
• modify pricing, functionality, or terms of the Service.

6.1. All prices are published on the website and may be changed.

6.2. Payment is made by topping up the User's Balance.

6.3. A refund of funds remaining on the User's Balance is possible only upon written request submitted to the Service's technical support team. The decision on whether to approve the refund is made by the Administration individually after reviewing the request and may be approved or declined. Any fees related to deposit or withdrawal are non-refundable.

6.4. Once an activation is initiated, the debited funds are final and non-refundable.

The User is prohibited from:

7.1. Using the Service for:

• fraud;
• bypassing blocks or verification systems;
• creating fake accounts on platforms where it is forbidden;
• sending spam;
• illegal business activity;
• activities involving darknet platforms, hidden marketplaces, or other illicit sites.

7.2. Engaging in any actions violating the laws of the Russian Federation or other jurisdictions.

7.3. Transferring their account to third parties.

7.4. Attempting to hack, decompile, modify, or interfere with the Service's infrastructure.

Violation of these rules results in immediate account termination without refund.

8.1. The Service does not guarantee 100% SMS delivery — filtering and blocking rules are determined solely by third-party platforms and are beyond the Service's control.

8.2. The Administration is not responsible if a third-party platform (Telegram, Google, WhatsApp, etc.):

• does not send an SMS;
• rejects the number;
• blocks the User;
• limits the User's account functionality.

8.3. The Service provides only the technical ability to receive SMS and does not participate in the User's activities on external platforms.

The Service is not liable for:

9.1. actions performed by the User using virtual numbers;

9.2. account blocks imposed by third-party services;

9.3. failures of mobile network operators;

9.4. the User's inability to access the website for reasons beyond the Service's control;

9.5. losses caused by the User's own actions;

9.6. disruptions in the User's internet connection, hardware, or software.

10.1. The Service may block the User's account in cases of:

• violation of this Agreement;
• suspected fraud;
• suspected illegal activity;
• attempts to hack or interfere with the Service.

10.2. Blocking may occur without prior notice.

10.3. Blocked accounts and remaining balances are not subject to refund.

11.1. The Service stores only minimal data: email, IP address, payment history, and activity logs.

11.2. All data is used solely for ensuring the Service's correct operation.

12.1. The User consents to the processing of a minimal volume of personal data.

12.2. Data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.

12.3. The User may withdraw consent, which will result in account deactivation.

13.1. The Administration may modify this Agreement at any time.

13.2. The current version is always available on the website.

13.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

15.1. Use of the Service signifies full acceptance of this Agreement.

15.2. If any part of the Agreement is found invalid, other sections remain in effect.

15.3. All disputes are resolved under the laws of the Russian Federation.

15.4. The Administration reserves the right to cease providing services to Users who violate the rules.
